Before, Bellevue Connection circa 2019…
Almost exactly two years ago, Unico Properties announced a major refresh and renovation of the mixed-use Bellevue Connection building, at 550 106th Ave. N.E. downtown. That project has been overshadowed by all the tall new towers intended for Amazon and other tech tenants. With Venture General Contracting and architect ZGF, that work was completed in May, and the now 23-year-old former multiplex has been transformed for a second time.
